Policies

Due to space limitations, please plan to come to your appointment alone. Should you need to bring someone, please notify me in advance. I currently do not offer services for children, and the intimate environment may not be suitable for some youngsters. The Nailbox Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Cancellations

Things happen—That’s why I offer free cancellation up to 24 hours in advance. My studio operates based on appointment availability, so when someone doesn’t show up, someone else cannot book that slot. Should you need to cancel within 24 hours, you may be charged 50% of your scheduled services. No-call no-shows may be charged up to 100% of the services booked. After multiple no-shows, future appointment requests may not be accepted. If you find that you’re running late for your appointment, please contact me. The Nailbox Studio operates on carefully scheduled appointment times, so staying on schedule is critical. Guests who are unable to arrive on time may be asked to reschedule. Thank you for understanding.
